This is a 2 in 1 Auto Charge(AC/DC) intelligent LED Rechargeable Bulb (EMERGENCY & REGULAR use).

With power supply from PHCN, the LED bulb works as normal bulb with the battery being charged along side. Moment there is power outage, it automatically converts from AC to DC and can light ON for 3.5 hours. It Light up/ light off with finger touch or receptacle mounted. Screw the bulb into the cap for lighting, or touch the lamp base with finger for lighting.
