Grape variety/Vinification
100% Cabernet Sauvignon. The juice is fermented for 5 days in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 28°C en 30°C using selected yeasts. Post-fermentation maceration lasts 7 days at 25°C  for an ideal extraction of aromas, flavours and colours.
Tasting notes
The cherry-ruby red Antares Cabernet Sauvignon offers intense aromas of red fruit such as raspberries and cherries, showing its expressive varietal character combined with delicate notes of cinnamon and cocoa. On the palate this is a harmonious, well-rounded and opportune wine with soft tannins.
